

I always look forward to meeting up with our athletes for in-person interviews. This month, we had to do things a little differently, and Justin answered my questions over email. Thanks for taking time out of your quarantine day to share, Justin!

If you make to class early enough to meet up with Lindsey in the lobby, she's going to make you smile. She'll either share a funny store about her day, her pets, or maybe her baby nephew, Leo.

Leo started at CrossFit100 in October and has quickly become a regular and familiar face in the evenings. If you have seen him in class you know he’s a hard worker, he’s focused, he learns quickly and always does so with a smile on his face.
