

I joined CF100 shortly after my second daughter was born in October of 2017. Since then, my fitness level has gone from unathletic, advanced dad-bod to somewhat respectable. CrossFit has been great in instilling a growth mindset in my approach to fitness.

Getting in to the gym to move, sweat, take a break from your day and connect with friends is a great routine. For many people, that's enough. But Niki has had that air of determination about her since joining us at CF100.


When did you start with us at CF100 and what brought you?
I think I started CrossFit 100 in 2013 or 2014, it honestly feels like I’ve been here much longer. It’s such an amazing environment where everyone feels like family.

Being thrown into quarantine with little warning forced us all to sink or swim when it came to figuring out our new health and fitness life. Tim -- who was just a few months into CrossFit and our gym when it began -- decided to swim for his life!
