Whether you’re a resident of Glendale or just passing through, we’d love to have you drop in and join us for a workout!
If you plan on coming in for training, please take some time and read through the FAQ below
- Do you allow visiting CrossFitters to drop in on classes? Yes we love the CrossFit Affiliate community and want to meet you. Our CrossFit drop in classes in Glendale are open to everyone.
- How much do you charge for the drop in? 30 dollar drop in fee per class to be paid ahead of time through the link to be provided prior to coming.
- Do I need to show up early? Yes please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow time to tour the gym and meet the coaches.
- I am following a specific program can I just do my own thing during your class hours? We offer Open Gym a few times a week. Please email us to discuss your Open Gym time options.
